Hayley Forster is a gentle decluttering expert and the founder of Simple Joy, with over 10 years of experience in professional decluttering and organising, working with clients from all over the world. She has also led corporate wellbeing programs in two of the world’s largest companies for over a decade.

She specialises in helping overwhelmed, busy individuals and those with chronic illness declutter their homes and lives at a pace that feels compassionate and sustainable. Her approach focuses on creating space, time, and energy so her clients can focus on what truly matters to them—without guilt, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.

As someone living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) / Long COVID and raising three young children, Hayley understands the exhaustion and frustration of trying to balance life’s demands while managing limited energy. She teaches through 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops, and public speaking, offering practical tools and heartfelt support to guide people on their decluttering journey.

Having overcome childhood grief, rape, workplace bullying, suicidal thoughts, and baby loss, Hayley discovered the transformative power of gentle decluttering. It became her lifeline—helping her reclaim her life, find peace, and create the joyful, fulfilling life she was made for. Today, she’s dedicated to helping others find their own path out of chaos and into a life that feels light, calm, and joyful.
